Returns & Refund Policy

How returns and refunds work at Baxoro.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email Support@baxoro.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
  • Items must be returned with original packaging when possible.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; if so, this will be stated on the product page.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the return is received.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
